Well guess what line of business they first started in to generate MASSIVE CASHFLOW?
You guessed it. GROUP HOMES (i.e. Boarding homes)

I didn’t realize it either. But after London was bombed by the Germans, Millions of people needed LOW RENT GROUP HOME HOUSING. And this is what the Barclay brothers started with!
