What Type of Group Home Do I Start With?

The type of group home you decide to start with first matters more than you know. The reason is the that not all group homes are equal in what it requires in order to start them. Some come with more regulation, rules, restrictions, guidelines and all of these things bring more expenses. We teach people how to start “mom and pop” shops that do not require licenses simply because not everyone can afford to go through that process until they have a few going already.It can be upwards of $20,000 to do it.

Mentorship Is The Key For Success
The most successful people in the world claim mentorship as the biggest cause of their success. They all realized that they could increase their learning curve if they had the right guidance. You may think that a mentor has to be someone you meet with on regular basis. Jeff Bezos was mentored by Sam Walton and he simply used his book “Made in America” and read it over and over since the founder had already passed away. To be mentored you need to decide what you want to know, where you want to go and figure out what entity has the knowledge to help you get there.
