Focus on Your Possibilities, Not Your Limitations
What are the first things that come to your mind when somebody brings up the idea to start your own business?
Probably something along these lines:
• I don’t have enough money
• I don’t have enough time
• and I don’t have enough experience
Well, the truth is that you don’t need all that to get started. Moreover, what you need is a different view of your circumstances and limitations.
Here is a short story:
Edwin C. Barnes was a young man who had a desire to work with Tomas Edison. Not “for” but “with”.He was broke, had no special skills and only old meager clothes to wear. He was living miles away from Tomas Edison and had no money for a train ticket. But he rolled on a freight train and showed up into Tomas Edison’s office poorly dressed but full of confidence.
Tomas Edison’s coworkers laughed at him, but Tomas hired him with no further questions. Edison later claimed that he hired him not because of what he heard, but because of what he saw in his eyes.
As a matter of fact, Barnes started as a floor sweeper and progressed into his partner. He opened his own company that worked together with Tomas Edison’s company. As a result, he became a multimillionaire.
All that because he didn’t let the “not enough money, time and experience” part stop him from bringing his desire to life.
Can you do the same today?
Absolutely! And I know how.
In fact, I did it 10 years ago with not enough money, a full-time job and not enough experience.
I started my group home business out of scratch and 10 years later I own more than 100.
And I know how to get you started with less than $ 2000.
All I need from you is to focus on your possibilities, not your limitations.
Do you think you are able to do that?
