Would You Wait or Create?
Do you really want to pick someone’s leftovers?
Don’t get me wrong I am not talking about hustlers who do shady business. I am talking about people with zero tolerance of status quo, creators of their own reality and success!
In my case, not only I didn’t pick any leftovers but I gave my $500 000 to somebody else.
WAITING COST ME HALF A MILLION!
I started researching Group Homes back in 2003 and 2004, but I didn’t jump in the business until 2007! Those 3 years of waiting and not taking an initiative brought nothing but $ 500 000 LESS on my account.
Anyway, here I am 10 years later successfully running more than 100 group homes.
Why Group Homes?
Because an average 6-resident Group Home can generate at least $ 37 000 in the first year of its operation. I have more than 100 group homes and more than 6 residents per home. So, you do the rest of the math.
Let me ask you a question. How many 9 to 5 jobs can make the money I make per year?
NONE.
Then why people are still waking up every morning and going to their 9 to 5 jobs they hate?
I’ll tell you why.
Almost everybody has dreams. But for some people, that’s all they have.
Hustlers, on the other hand, have a plan, an initiative and willingness to work hard until they start living their dream.
Hustlers have goals that lead them to the top. Those who wait have excuses and jobs that are going nowhere.
What would you rather have?
